Michelle Sentell, Executive Director
Michelle Sentell is a seasoned healthcare executive with close to 20 years of clinical and leadership experience in healthcare operations, nursing management, and quality improvement. With a strong background in both patient care and administrative leadership, she has successfully managed large-scale healthcare initiatives, optimized operational efficiencies, and enhanced patient outcomes. Michelle currently serves as the Executive Director at Visiting Docs. In this role, she leads the management of all operations across multiple locations, including all clinical and administrative functions. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Regis University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dominican College of Blauvelt, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Binghamton University.
With a passion for healthcare innovation, operational excellence, and patient-centered care, Michelle continues to drive impactful changes in healthcare organizations, ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality and efficiency.
Olga Golubchik, Director of Quality and Clinical Care
Olga Golubchik is a highly accomplished nursing leader with extensive experience in quality assurance, clinical operations, and population health management. With a Master’s Degree in Nursing Leadership and Management and nearly two decades of diverse clinical and administrative experience, she has established herself as a strategic healthcare professional committed to improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Director of Quality and Clinical Services at Visiting Docs, Olga leads initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery, ensuring compliance with quality and risk management standards. She oversees QAPI programs, clinical training, and policy development, working closely with leadership teams to drive excellence in patient care.
Jason King, Director of Operations
With over 24 years of experience in healthcare administration, Jason King is a seasoned leader specializing in practice operations and healthcare finance. With a strong background in operational efficiency and financial planning, Jason has successfully led interdisciplinary teams in managing daily operations, optimizing financial performance, and enhancing patient care services.
Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles in multi-site family medicine practices where he spearheaded process improvements, expanded programs, and ensured compliance with healthcare regulations. His expertise in electronic medical record (EMR) system integration and patient-centered medical accreditation has contributed to the success of multiple healthcare facilities.
With a results-driven approach and a commitment to service excellence, Jason continues to drive operational success and financial sustainability in the healthcare sector.
Lely Chichetti, Human Resources
Lely Chichetti is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in post-secondary education, human resources, and business operations. She has held leadership roles across various sectors, excelling in management, administration, and academics. Currently serving as human resources at Visiting Docs, Lely oversees HR functions, ensuring compliance, talent development, and operational efficiency. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Concordia College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Known for her exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and commitment to excellence, she is passionate about fostering organizational growth, improving operational efficiencies, and enhancing employee success.
Yesly Sandoval, Director of Patient Engagement & Retention
Yesly Sandoval is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient advocacy, care coordination, and community health outreach. With a strong background in cancer services and public health programs, she has spent over two decades assisting patients in navigating the healthcare system and accessing essential medical services. Yesly plays a vital role in ensuring that patients receive regular screenings, diagnostic follow-ups, and treatment services. She works closely with hospitals, independent medical providers, and community organizations to facilitate patient access to care while reducing barriers such as financial constraints and language barriers.
Leslie Santiago-Lora, Practice Manager

Michelle Welling began her career with Visiting Docs as a Medical Assistant and, through dedication and hard work, advanced to her current role as Regional Site Supervisor. She brings over 10 years of experience in medical office administration, combining her clinical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure efficient daily operations. Michelle supports staff and providers in delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care and has proudly served as Site Supervisor for more than a year. Her professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to excellence make her an integral part of the Visiting Docs team.
Kelvin Morales, Regional Site Supervisor
